I would advise booking an entire villa or boutique hotel for your trip.

Easy Cancellation
If you cannot move into your booked space, we allow you to cancel your stay using a simple form. Before moving in, you can head to your Booking Details (the link has been sent by e-mail) and click the “Cancel stay” button. You will then be asked to fill in a simple form to explain why you cannot move in.
This can be done if you comply with the cancellation rules the host has set. Info about this will also be shown in the booking details.
Money-back guarantee
On check-in, if access is denied or the property is significantly misrepresented, you're eligible for a full refund or another coliving option.
Once you have found a home that fits your requirements, you can send a reservation. The host will accept or decline your request or offer you an alternative.
Once the host has accepted the request, you will be required to pay the Move-in Fees (or a Down Payment) in the following 24h to lock in your booking.
